In childhood, such a question simply doesn't exist. Everything brings joy, everything is interesting! A new taste, a new experience, constant adventures, constant flow. That's why childhood is such a bright, happy time.

We grow coarse, grow up, nothing brings joy, all feelings are dull, plastic. Everything is like a dream. This is natural, but not normal.

What brings you joy right now? Are you interested in yourself? Or is it too late to learn? To learn to rejoice? At every little thing: morning, tea, summer, snow, forest, sunset, a full day of labor. At least every day or every other day.

A personal story: I'm 9 years old, sitting looking at my hands. I'm seriously thinking, "well, my hands will probably grow a bit more, just a little left until adult hands, but it's too late to develop new habits. I've become too old, I should have thought about it earlier, but now it's too late. Too late to change at 9 years old..."
