"I want to wake up tomorrow, open my computer, and be able to spend the whole day doing what I believe is right, without having to worry about whether I'll have income or a pension. I think that's exactly how people of labor live. What they want is for nothing to hinder their work. Society should create an atmosphere, conditions in which every working person who wishes to labor can find a place for themselves."
People of Labor are not Marx's communism. If an oligarch labors every day – no matter how, but honestly labors **with his own two hands**, gives his energy, and gets a thrill from what he has accomplished – he too is a Person of Labor.
The ideology of the future is simple: Nothing should get in the way of People of Labor laboring.
